COPPADES has many donors supporting its activities. COPPADES also receives funds from local government authorities such as the District Development Committes and the Village Development Committees. Also district based government agencies such as Women Development Branch of the Government of Nepal in Lamjung District has collaborated in activities related with poverty reduction and women empowerment activities particularly. CARE Nepal has partnered with COPPADES in grassroots capacity building and Good Governance project namely SAGUN Hydropower.

Trickle Up Program USA has been a steady partner in the Program Against Poverty since 1992. This project intends to reach out to the poorest of the poor by providing enterprise support for them to raise their income. The Rural Literacy and Self Reliance Program which focused in empowering rural women through awareness building, organizational activities and economic self dependence initially supported by Canadian Cooperation Office was later supported by The Development Fund, Norway for the subsequent eight years until 2001. In Nepal ICTs Project, COPPADES is collaborating with World Computer Exchange USA and Computer Aid International, UK in bridging the digital divide by bringing computer and ICTs education and services to rural schools and communities in over 42 districts in Nepal. COPPADES also acquired funds from European Commission through partnership with European organizations in projects such as Traditional Medicine Across European and Asian countries (TMEA).

In social and environmental impact mitigation around hydropower projects COPPADES has worked with Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) working together with Lamjung Electricity Development Company (LEDCO), and Khudi Hydropower Project. Implemented in Khudi, Simpani and Ghanpokhara VDCs in Lamjung, this project has greatly contributed to raising awareness level of the people in the area and developing their organizational and leadership skills in social, economic and political areas.
