Mahendra Secondary School is located of about 90 KM west of district Headquarters of Baglung District in Baglung Bazar. The parents of most of the students in the school are small or low income farmers. The community is a mixed society with Brahmin, Chetri, Magar, Gurung and Dalits. The school has 54% male students, 46% female students. Out of the total female students 11% are dalits and out of the total male students 21 % are dalits studying in the school. COPPADES has provided 5 sets computers, one printer, one network HUB, few network Cables. COPPADES has also provided computer training to Mr.Shiva Sharma as a computer teacher. Computers in the school are operated using electricity supplied by Nepal Electrical Authority (NEA)through national grid.
